THE REFLECTION PERIOD STARTS FROM THE MOMENT YOU RECEIVE THE PRODUCT. WITHIN THIS PERIOD YOU MAY VIEW AND RATE THE ITEM, JUST AS YOU WOULD IN A PHYSICAL STORE. IF YOU DECIDE TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, YOU MUST LET THE SELLER KNOW WITHIN THE 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD. THIS CAN OFTEN BE DONE VIA A RETURNS FORM THAT THE SELLER MAKES AVAILABLE, OR BY SENDING A CLEAR STATEMENT STATING THAT YOU ARE CANCELING THE PURCHASE. AFTER THIS NOTIFICATION, YOU HAVE ANOTHER 14 DAYS TO ACTUALLY RETURN THE PRODUCT.
